We offer a replacement guarantee within a specified period. If the placement isn’t the right fit, our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
Are your helpers trained before deployment?
Yes — all helpers go through a structured training program at our accredited training schools in the Philippines and Indonesia before deployment, covering household management, childcare, eldercare, and communication skills.
